Drop-In Support group for MSF Student Chapter members: Stress and Coping During COVID-19 Times

Many of us are feeling the rise in worry, stress, even panic, and fear. Some of us are experiencing depression, boredom, anger, frustration, grief, and loss. There is so much uncertainty. The entire planet is literally suffering from the same virus and anxiety from the ripple effect of the virus. It can be helpful to remind yourself you are not alone. Across the board, from crisis intervention to disaster response to critical incidents, one factor that may determine how well you fare and how you will do at this moment... is your level of social connectedness.

Join MSF Mental Health Specialist, Karen Stewart, for an open and interactive drop-in support group to augment the tools and programs already offered regarding taking care of ourselves during this challenging time.

Drop-in for 10 minutes or stay for the whole hour. Come once or every week. Talk or simply just hang around and listen. It's your choice and your group.
